Refund Policy

At WarmitMat™, we stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund policy is straightforward.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

  • To request a change or cancellation, email us at support@warmitmat.com as soon as possible.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • If your WarmitMat™ arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, we’ll provide a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.

  • In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item. Just email us at support@warmitmat.com with a photo or video for verification.

  • Complimentary replacements are limited to one per order.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may return your WarmitMat™ for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, the item must:

    • Be unused and in resellable condition (not damaged).

    • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, WarmitMat™ will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

  • If returning due to personal preference (changed mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
