WarmitMat™ Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At WarmitMat™, we want you to shop with confidence. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both you and our business.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

To request a change or cancellation, email support@warmitmat.com immediately.


Replacements & Exchanges (60 Days)

If your WarmitMat™ arrives damaged, defective, or not working, we’ll send a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.

  • Photo or video proof may be required.

  • Most defective items do not need to be returned.

  • Complimentary replacements are limited to one per order.


Returns & Refunds (60-Day Guarantee)

If you are not satisfied with your WarmitMat™, you may return it within 60 days of delivery — even if it has been used — as long as the product is still fully functional.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:

  • be fully functional

  • not be damaged, broken, or unsafe

  • include accessories (if applicable)

All returned items are tested and inspected upon arrival.
Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the product is functional.


15% Restocking Fee (All Non-Defective Returns)

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, including:

  • returns due to late delivery

  • used but functional returns

  • “changed mind” / preference returns

  • items with light wear or missing minor packaging

  • unwanted orders after delivery

This fee covers testing, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

The 15% restocking fee does not apply to:

  • defective items

  • damaged items

  • incorrect items received


Late Delivery Refunds

If your order was delivered but arrived later than expected, you may request a refund after returning the item.

  • The product must be returned first

  • It must be in functional condition

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • Refund is issued after inspection

Refunds are not issued for late deliveries without a product return.


Return Shipping Costs

WarmitMat™ covers return shipping only for:

  • defective items

  • damaged items

  • wrong items received

For all other returns — including late delivery returns — the customer covers return shipping.


Orders Marked as Delivered

If the carrier marks an order as Delivered, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • “lost” packages after delivery

  • incorrect delivery by carrier

  • items claimed missing after a “Delivered” scan

  • delivery timing complaints without returning the product

Missing packages must be handled with the carrier.


Used Product Returns

We accept used returns as long as:

  • the product is fully functional

  • the item passes inspection

  • the product is not damaged or destroyed

Damaged or non-functional returns may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on condition.


Warranty Coverage (6 Months)

WarmitMat™ includes a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage

  • liquid damage

  • burns, folds, tears, or improper storage

  • pet damage

  • improper use

  • normal wear and tear

Photo/video proof may be required for warranty claims.

  • description of the issue

  • photos or video (if applicable)
