Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

To request a change or cancellation, email us at support@warmitmat.com as soon as possible.
Replacements & Exchanges

If your WarmitMat™ arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, we’ll provide a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item. Just email us at support@warmitmat.com with a photo or video for verification.

Complimentary replacements are limited to one per order.
Returns & Refunds

You may return your WarmitMat™ for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must:

Be unused and in resellable condition (not damaged).

Be returned in its original packaging.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, WarmitMat™ will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

If returning due to personal preference (changed mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
