Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Transit Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including Priority and Express shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (default): 5–8 business days within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).

  • Most customers receive their order within 1 week, though occasional carrier delays are possible.

International Orders

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days

  • Europe, Asia & Middle East: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 6–10 business days

Note: Tracking is not available in all countries. For certain regions, tracking may only update until the package leaves the U.S. Please check with your local post office or courier for delivery updates once the package has entered your country.

Order Status & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, especially during high-volume periods such as launches or holiday sales.

  • All orders include tracking information. You’ll can manually track your order on our designated tracking page, receive updates via email (and SMS if selected).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.

  • We recommend signing up for tracking notifications to receive real-time updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • WarmitMat™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • However, if you purchase shipping insurance at checkout, your order will be replaced at no additional cost if it is lost in transit.

  • If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Business / Commercial Addresses

If shipping to a business or commercial address, a first and last name must be included in the “Address Line 1” field. Packages without this information may be delayed for verification.

Import Taxes & Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

  • WarmitMat™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, duties, or taxes.
